Spray and Spread Recording

In order for the mobile app to display buttons for spray and spread cards, you will need to enable tasks to have a spray and spread card type.
To do this, you can follow the steps below:

1. Go to the JobFlow menu, select settings, and then Templates.
2. Select the template you would like to change.
3. Change the card section to "Spray" or "Spread" on the task you wish your operators to fill out information for.

Once the above change has been made to the templates, mobile users will be able to submit weather reports and spray mixes. On the mobile app, drivers will be able to select to enter weather or paddock mixes.
To add a paddock mix, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to the mobile app.
2. Select your task.
3. On the left below the start button, you will see a spray button; click this.
4. Click the option to "add mix".
5. Fill out the appropriate information regarding your spray mix.
6. Click save.

To add a weather report, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to the mobile app.
2. Select your task.
3. On the right, below the start button, you will see a weather button; click this.
4. Fill out the appropriate information regarding your weather report.
5. Click save.

All spray and weather information is used to generate a spray report in JobFlow under the "attachments" button at the bottom of the jobs page.
