Creating a User

A work-as-you-go tutorial is also available for this at https://prod.jobflow.nz/help

  1. Go into the JobFlow menu and select "settings"
  2. Then click "Users"
  3. At the bottom of the page, click "Add User"
  4. Add the user's name
  5. Add a username
  6. Add a password (This is case sensitive)
  7. If a resource hasn't been created already, tick the "Generate resource button." This will allow you to apply this user to tasks so they will be able to complete tasks in the mobile app
  8. If you already have a resource made for this user, simply select it from the drop-down list
  9. Finally, select the role for the user
  10. Click save
